A Direct Linear Reconstruction Method for Spectrally Resolved 3D Bioluminescence Tomography

Spectrally-resolved BioLuminescence optical Tomography (sBLT) is used to recover images of Luciferase activity within a 3D mouse model using multi-wavelength emission data from multiple internal bioluminescence sources.
